XVenture was founded by Dr. Mike Conway, a behavioural and social scientist, strategist, and mental coach to elite athletes and senior executives alike. It combines cutting-edge science with deep, real-world experience across sport, corporate, healthcare, and education.
Our Journey
What began as a bold experiment in experiential leadership development has grown into a complete learning ecosystem, and a global movement.
Since our founding, we've worked with CEOs and executive teams of major corporations to drive cultural transformation, mindset mastery, and team performance. We've coached some of the world's top athletes, including teams at FIFA World Cup and Olympic level, to strengthen focus, self-belief, and resilience under pressure. We've built custom mindset programs for students and educators, doctors and frontline workers, and emerging leaders across sectors. And we've led innovation in virtual experiential learning, creating rich, immersive environments that simulate real-life complexity and drive deeper reflection and lasting behavioural change.
For all its impact, though, our work carried one limitation. It was delivered live and in person. The depth was extraordinary, and the reach was finite. Only so many people could ever be in the room.
